1. General Terms

EscortGuidePro.dk ("the Platform") is an online advertising platform operated in accordance with Danish law. By creating an account or using the platform, you accept these terms.

2. User Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. All advertisers must be at least 18 years old and confirm they act voluntarily and of their own free will. The platform does not tolerate trafficking, coercion, or exploitation in any form.

3. Ad Content

Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their ads. It is strictly forbidden to upload explicit primary photos, AI-generated images, images with watermarks from other sites, or content depicting minors. Violations result in immediate deletion and police reporting.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are made exclusively via cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC). Prices are shown in EUR equivalent and converted to crypto amounts at current market rates. Payments are final and non-refundable after blockchain confirmation. Payment windows expire after 60 minutes.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are automatically activated upon payment confirmation. Duration depends on the selected tier (3, 14, 30, or 90 days). Renewal requires a new payment. The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove ads that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The platform is solely an advertising platform and is not a party to any agreement between advertisers and visitors. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy of ads or the identity of advertisers. Use the platform at your own risk.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any account without notice upon violation of these terms. Unused subscription time is not refunded when terminated due to terms violations.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Copenhagen City Court.
